Coastal Stagedesigns, LLC owner and creative director, Carl Dismukes, is an award-winning Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) with over 3 decades of design experience.

Carl has received top awards for his work from the International Association of Home Staging Professionals for both regular-priced homes as well as luxury properties. He is a member of IHASP as well as the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). Carl's extensive background in custom redesign projects has included numerous vacation rental as well as providing guidance to investors for the redesign of homes purchased for resale.

In addition to his Staging and interior design projects, his experience with a Fortune 50 company as Global Brand Manager provided extensive experience in marketing, branding, visual and interactive design. Carl is also a working Realtor in Panama City Beach, where he leads a successful Real Estate practice and is involved in numerous civic activities.
