Worked with Carl on staging a spec build. The process was very easy and the staging looked great - really added to the overall feel of the home and helped provide potential buyers with an easy visualization of what the home could be. He got in and got the staging done within days of our talk, got the staging out within days of our closing. We got 2 different offers on the house within 24 hours of listing and closed with a full price offer. I definitely feel Carl's work contributed to the speed and sell price we experienced. We will be using him again.

The reason our little home sold!!!!! After many showings and open houses, the number one feedback for our home was that it was staged beautifully.
